Owner Bill Schmelzer:

My name is Bill Schmelzer, I have been a resident in Lee County Since 1967. I graduated from North Fort Myers high school and I have worked all through out Florida. I have constructed everything from single family homes to structural steel buildings. I have worked for several local home builders, but in 2002 I obtained my own State of Florida General Contractors License and started B & L General Contracting, Inc. in Cape Coral, Florida.

I currently oversee all new home construction and foreclosure renovation projects from start to finish.

Owner Tom Hobel:

I am a resident and business owner in Cape Coral. My expertise and schooling focused on outside services. I'm a horticulturist plant specialist, with palm trees and landscape design. I am Licensed and Certified by the State of Florida for Landscape Design and Pest Control Services. My company Accell, Inc. has now partnered with Bill Schmelzer of B & L General Contracting, Inc. to offer complete licensed services for Foreclosure Turn Around projects in Cape Coral - in Lehigh Acres or anywhere else in Southwest Florida.
